Complaints
Complaints and content removal
Draft for legal and payment-processor review, prepared 1 October 2026. This is not final legal advice. Anything in square brackets still has to be supplied before publication.
SETTLED Adult is not a public community. There is no public feed, no public profile, and no public photo or video upload. People can still write private custom questions, send invite links, and misuse a session. This page is how to raise that, and how to raise other complaints.
Write to support@settledplus.com with the subject “Complaint”. This website has no form that delivers a complaint.
What you can report
- Illegal content, including anything sexual involving anyone under 18.
- Abusive, threatening, or non-consensual content in a custom question or a message about the service.
- A private question or invite you believe should be restricted.
- A privacy concern. You can also use the Privacy Policy route, with the subject “Privacy request”, at support@settledplus.com.
- Intellectual property. Say what work is yours, where it appears, and why you are entitled to complain.
- A link or session used in a way that breaks the terms, including a link sent to someone who should not have it.
What to include
- Your name and an email we can reply to.
- What happened, and when, as closely as you can.
- The game, the link, or the question, if you have it. Do not forward illegal sexual material of a minor. Describe it and we will tell you what the law allows you to send.
- For an intellectual-property complaint, a description of the work and a statement that you believe the use is not authorised.
What we do
We will acknowledge the complaint within [ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PERIOD] and review it. Custom questions are not checked by us before they are used in a private game. A complaint is how we hear about one after it exists.
Where it is appropriate, we may remove or restrict a question, expire a link, or suspend access. We may also keep a record of the complaint. We will tell you the outcome when we can. Some details may be withheld if sharing them would expose another person or break the law.
Escalation
If the law requires us to notify a regulator, a platform authority, or the police, we will do that. You can also contact the relevant authority yourself. For privacy complaints in the UK, that includes the Information Commissioner’s Office. Nothing here stops you from seeking advice or a legal remedy.
