Refunds
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Draft for legal and payment-processor review, prepared 1 October 2026. This is not final legal advice. Anything in square brackets still has to be supplied before publication.
This policy describes the intended SETTLED+ plans. Payment is not connected on this website yet. Nothing on this site charges a card or starts a renewal. The steps below become operational when [PAYMENT PROVIDER] is connected and this draft has been reviewed.
The plans
- 1 Month Pass: £15.99, taken once, lasts 30 days, and does not automatically renew. When the 30 days end, access ends unless you choose to buy again.
- 3 Months: £38.97 is charged upfront. That is equivalent to £12.99 a month. It renews every 3 months unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal is another upfront charge of the price then in effect, not three separate monthly bills.
- Annual: £89.99 is charged upfront for the year. That is equivalent to £7.50 a month. It renews every year unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is the Best value plan.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Whether they include tax is [TAX TREATMENT].
Cancellation
Cancellation of a renewing plan stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, end the period you have already paid for. You keep access until that period ends, unless the terms allow us to suspend access for a serious breach.
The 1 Month Pass has nothing to cancel for renewal, because it does not renew. It simply expires after 30 days.
How you will cancel, once payment exists: [CANCELLATION STEPS]. Until [PAYMENT PROVIDER] confirms those steps, email support@settledplus.com with the subject “Billing”. Do not expect a cancellation button on this website today. There is no live checkout here.
Refunds and cooling-off
We do not promise a refund in every case. Refunds must follow applicable consumer law, including any right you have that cannot be waived. For digital content and digital services, a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right can change once supply has started during that period and you have acknowledged that you may lose the right to withdraw. We will not apply a rule that is harsher than the law that applies to you.
What we will not do in this draft is invent a blanket refund window, a processing fee, or a provider-specific form. Those details are [REFUND STEPS] and depend on [PAYMENT PROVIDER] and legal review.
If you think you were charged in error once payments exist, write to support@settledplus.com with the subject “Billing”, the date, the amount, the plan, and any receipt reference the provider gives you. We will look at it. Sending the email does not by itself refund you.
Renewal notices
Before a renewing plan takes another payment, we intend to make the renewal clear in the purchase flow and on the receipt, including the price and the date. There is no customer account on this website. The exact notice is [RENEWAL NOTICE] and will follow the payment provider’s and the law’s requirements.
