Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Independent Flooring Validation Ltd, company number 06945319, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. SETTLED+ is the consumer-facing brand. Registered office: Boundary House, Cricket Field Road, Uxbridge, Greater London, England, UB8 1QG. They cover the SETTLED+ website and the SETTLED Adult game. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older. By using the service you confirm that you are. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are not.

What the service is

SETTLED Adult is a private game for two people. The games are SWIPED, Truth or Dare, After Dark, Matched, Preferences, and How Kinky. You play on your own. You can then send a private link. The other person plays that invited game. Some games then show only a mutual match or agreement.

It does not offer public profiles, a public feed, public photos or videos, a dating marketplace, livestreaming, escort services, or a public community.

Some play is free, including previews. Wider access is SETTLED+. Checkout is not live on this website yet, so this site cannot take a payment or start a subscription.

A result is not consent

A yes, a match, a preference, an answer, or any other result is only a result inside the game. It is not, and must not be treated as, consent to any real-world sexual activity. Consent must be given separately, freely, and at the time. A past answer does not keep consent going.

Invitations

You are responsible for who you send a link to. Send it only to an adult who wants to play that game with you. A link can be forwarded. We cannot promise that nobody except your intended partner will open it. The partner you invite can play that invited game without buying their own SETTLED+ pass. That does not give them every other game on your pass.

Custom questions

You may write private text questions for a game you invite someone to. They are for that private session. They are not published to a public library or feed. The person you invite may see the question, because it is part of the game you sent. We do not check each question before it is used.

You must not write or send anything that is illegal, or that depicts or asks for sexual activity with anyone under 18, or that is abusive, threatening, or non-consensual. You are responsible for your own questions.

Permitted and prohibited use

Use the service for private play with another adult. Do not:

• use it if you are under 18, or invite anyone under 18
• scrape, probe, or disrupt the service
• sell or share access in a way we have not allowed
• upload or send illegal content
• pretend a game result is consent outside the game
• use the service to advertise sexual services or to build a public audience

SETTLED+ and price

The intended prices, in pounds sterling, are:

• 1 Month Pass: £15.99, one payment, 30 days, no automatic renewal.
• 3 Months: £38.97 charged upfront, equivalent to £12.99 a month, renews every 3 months unless cancelled.
• Annual: £89.99 charged upfront, equivalent to £7.50 a month, renews every year unless cancelled. This plan is marked Best value.

Tax treatment is [TAX TREATMENT]. A recurring plan renews for the same period at the price then in effect, unless you cancel before the renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, cut short the period you have already paid for. How you will cancel depends on [PAYMENT PROVIDER] and is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Stopping access

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if continuing would put someone at risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not by itself refund a period you have already paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy and consumer law.

Intellectual property

The service, its name, the game text we supply, and the site design belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them while you follow these terms. You keep ownership of the custom questions you write. You give us permission to store and display that text inside the private session it was written for, and to remove it if we need to for legal or safety reasons. You do not get a right to post our material in public, and we do not claim a public community licence over your private questions.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but it can be interrupted for maintenance, failure, or causes outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Liability

The game is for private entertainment. It does not give relationship, medical, or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what two adults choose to do outside the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not excluded.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. The courts of [COURTS] have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in your home courts.
